Mint mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Mint in Luanda: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
We run mint the same way in Luanda: same mesh tank, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A mint mesh tank from the budget options in Angola costs about Kz2.17 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested mint in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mint goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.17 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
