Mint pen device IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Mint in Luanda: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with mint in Angola
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.72 per 10 ml.
The short version: mint in Luanda works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint pen device really costs in Luanda
Mint pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mint goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Luanda survives.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mint in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions

On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.72 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does mint in a pen device last?
