Licorice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Licorice 30 ml shortfill here
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.89 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
A licorice 30 ml shortfill from the bulk options in Angola costs about Kz1.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Angola.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.89 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
