Mint refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Mint in Luanda: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mint habit
Mint in Luanda reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A mint refill pack from the reviewed options in Angola costs about Kz1.76 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint refill pack really costs in Luanda
We run mint the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mint in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Angola.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mint goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.76 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.76 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
