Herbal pen device IQOS in Luanda: the order shortlist
Herbal in Luanda: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
A herbal pen device from the pre-order options in Angola costs about Kz1.61 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal pen device really costs in Luanda
Herbal in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested herbal in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Angola.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Kz61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.61 per 10 ml.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.61 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
