Dessert 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Dessert in Luanda: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Dessert in Luanda reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Angola.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Kz45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.46 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.46 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.46 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
