Graphite cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Graphite in Luanda: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
A graphite cartomizer from the value options in Angola costs about Kz1.69 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite cartomizer really costs in Luanda
Graphite in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested graphite in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.69 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
