Coconut cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Coconut in Luanda: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with coconut in Angola
Coconut in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run coconut the same way in Luanda: same cartomizer, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut cartomizer really costs in Luanda
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.1 per 10 ml.
How we tested coconut in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.1 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | Kz65 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.1 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
How long does coconut in a cartomizer last?
In Luanda we measured 4 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
