Frozen mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.27 per 10 ml.
A frozen mesh tank from the bulk options in Angola costs about Kz3.27 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested frozen in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Luanda survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How long does frozen in a mesh tank last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
