Dessert starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Dessert in Luanda: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.65 per 10 ml.
Dessert starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in Luanda
A dessert starter kit from the budget options in Angola costs about Kz2.65 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Luanda survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.65 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
