Frozen refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Luanda: 10 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with frozen in Angola
If you are looking at frozen in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run frozen the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Luanda
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Angola.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.99 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.99 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
