Caramel mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Caramel in Luanda: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at caramel in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Caramel mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: caramel in Luanda works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Luanda
Caramel mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Angola.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Luanda survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for caramel in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.33 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Is caramel legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
