Cola RDA IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Cola in Luanda: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
A cola RDA from the cheapest options in Angola costs about Kz2.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola RDA really costs in Luanda
We run cola the same way in Luanda: same RDA, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cola in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
