Vanilla refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Vanilla in Luanda: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the vanilla habit
Vanilla refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A vanilla refill pack from the flat-rate options in Angola costs about Kz1.98 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Luanda
Vanilla in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Luanda survives.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 8–15 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
