Vanilla 60 ml bottle IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Vanilla in Luanda: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Vanilla is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.38 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested vanilla in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.38 per 10 ml.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
