Tropical zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Tropical in Luanda: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good zero-nicotine bottle from a repack
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Luanda
Tropical in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tropical in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Luanda survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Kz38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.44 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.44 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should tropical start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
How long does tropical in a zero-nicotine bottle last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
