Tobacco refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
A tobacco refill pack from the online options in Angola costs about Kz2.75 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Luanda
Tobacco in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.75 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.75 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
