Tobacco pod kit IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a pod kit for tobacco
Tobacco pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Tobacco in Luanda reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco pod kit really costs in Luanda
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested tobacco in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Kz47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.33 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.33 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does tobacco in a pod kit last?
In Luanda we measured 2 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
