Tobacco pen device IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
If you are looking at tobacco in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Tobacco pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: tobacco in Luanda works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco pen device really costs in Luanda
The honest read on tobacco: 9 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |

| Entry kit | Kz32 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz1.9 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does tobacco in a pen device last?
In Luanda we measured 2 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
