Tobacco mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Luanda: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Tobacco mesh tank here
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A tobacco mesh tank from the cheapest options in Angola costs about Kz2.14 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco mesh tank really costs in Luanda
Tobacco mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Kz68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.14 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.14 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
