Spiced zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Luanda: the cheap shortlist
Spiced in Luanda: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good zero-nicotine bottle from a repack
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Spiced in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Luanda
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.78 per 10 ml.
How we tested spiced in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.78 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
