Spiced starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Spiced in Luanda: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at spiced in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.07 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced starter kit really costs in Luanda
Spiced in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested spiced in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Angola.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for spiced in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.07 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
