Spiced starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Spiced in Luanda: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the spiced habit
Spiced starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced starter kit really costs in Luanda
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested spiced in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.61 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.61 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.61 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
