Sourcherry cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Sourcherry in Luanda: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.25 per 10 ml.
The honest read on sourcherry: 14 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: sourcherry in Luanda works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry cartomizer really costs in Luanda
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sourcherry in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Kz50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.25 per 10 ml.
- Mixing sourcherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.25 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
