Sour 10 ml bottle IQOS in Luanda: the best shortlist
Sour in Luanda: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sour habit
The honest read on sour: 7 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A sour 10 ml bottle from the best options in Angola costs about Kz3.43 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 10 ml bottle you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour 10 ml bottle really costs in Luanda
Sour in a 10 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested sour in a 10 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sour goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Luanda survives.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.43 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
