Salted refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Salted in Luanda: 21 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Salted refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted refill pack really costs in Luanda
A salted refill pack from the discounted options in Angola costs about Kz2.86 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where salted goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
