Salted prefilled pod IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Salted in Luanda: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a prefilled pod for salted
The honest read on salted: 6 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted in Luanda reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted prefilled pod really costs in Luanda
Salted prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested salted in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where salted goes wrong
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Kz45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.21 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for salted in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
How long does salted in a prefilled pod last?
In Luanda we measured 4 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
