Salted mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Salted in Luanda: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Salted mesh tank here
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.39 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at salted in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: salted in Luanda works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted mesh tank really costs in Luanda
We run salted the same way in Luanda: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
