Salted cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the guide shortlist
Salted in Luanda: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
The honest read on salted: 6 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A salted cartomizer from the starter options in Angola costs about Kz2.57 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted cartomizer really costs in Luanda
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested salted in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.57 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
