Plum in Luanda: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Delivery, returns and what 8–15 business days really means
A plum refill pack from the online options in Angola costs about Kz3.36 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Luanda
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.36 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.36 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.36 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
