Plum refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with plum in Angola
Plum refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A plum refill pack from the flat-rate options in Angola costs about Kz2.58 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Luanda
We run plum the same way in Luanda: same refill pack, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Luanda survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is plum legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
