Plum RDA IQOS in Luanda: the price shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with plum in Angola
Plum in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: plum in Luanda works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum RDA really costs in Luanda
Plum in Luanda reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Kz49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.08 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz3.08 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.08 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
