Plum pen device IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What plum costs in Luanda
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.77 per 10 ml.
Plum in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum pen device really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at plum in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Luanda survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
