Plum mesh tank IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a mesh tank for plum
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run plum the same way in Luanda: same mesh tank, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum mesh tank really costs in Luanda
Plum in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Angola.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Packaging for plum in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.31 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
