Plum e-liquid bundle IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Where buyers go wrong with plum in Angola
Plum in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.43 per 10 ml.
The short version: plum in Luanda works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum e-liquid bundle really costs in Luanda
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plum in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Angola.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Kz38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.43 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
Is plum legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
How long does plum in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
