Plum cartomizer IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Plum cartomizer here
If you are looking at plum in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Kz38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.78 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.78 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.78 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How long does plum in a cartomizer last?
In Luanda we measured 3 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
