Plum box mod IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Plum in Luanda: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a box mod for plum
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.41 per 10 ml.
A plum box mod from the discounted options in Angola costs about Kz3.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Luanda works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum box mod really costs in Luanda
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.41 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Angola.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz3.41 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
