Plain pen device IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Plain in Luanda: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Plain pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run plain the same way in Luanda: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain pen device really costs in Luanda
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Angola.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.41 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz2.41 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does plain in a pen device last?
In Luanda we measured 9 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
