Plain in Luanda: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
If you are looking at plain in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plain pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested plain in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Angola.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.77 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
