Pear refill pack IQOS in Luanda: the budget shortlist
Pear in Luanda: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
How we tested Pear refill pack here
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on pear: 11 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: pear in Luanda works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear refill pack really costs in Luanda
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.42 per 10 ml.
How we tested pear in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Angola.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where pear goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Packaging for pear in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Do you ship tracked orders to Angola?
Yes, tracked to 8–15 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
