Mintice sub-ohm kit IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Mintice in Luanda: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Mintice in Luanda reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.4 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice sub-ohm kit really costs in Luanda
We run mintice the same way in Luanda: same sub-ohm kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mintice in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Kz28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.4 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for mintice in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | Kz28 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz2.4 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
