Mintice sub-ohm kit IQOS in Luanda: the flat shortlist
Mintice in Luanda: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.14 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Angola. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: mintice in Luanda works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice sub-ohm kit really costs in Luanda
We run mintice the same way in Luanda: same sub-ohm kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mintice in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Luanda survives.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Angola |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | Kz62 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Kz3.14 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.14 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
