Mintice starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Mintice in Luanda: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
What mintice costs in Luanda
Mintice starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on mintice: 18 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz2.17 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz2.17 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
How long does mintice in a starter kit last?
In Luanda we measured 3 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
