Mintice RDA IQOS in Luanda: the compare shortlist
Mintice in Luanda: 13 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mintice habit
Ordering into Luanda usually means waiting 8–15 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
We run mintice the same way in Luanda: same RDA, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice RDA really costs in Luanda
Mintice in Luanda reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mintice in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.89 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within Kz1.89 per 10 ml once 8–15 business days is counted.
Is mintice legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
How long does mintice in a RDA last?
In Luanda we measured 7 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
