Mintice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Mintice in Luanda: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Ordering IQOS to Luanda: the practical version
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.66 per 10 ml.
Mintice in Luanda reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Luanda
If you are looking at mintice in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mintice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Angola.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Kz38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.66 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Is mintice legal to sell in Angola?
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
