Mint RDA IQOS in Luanda: the wholesale shortlist
Mint in Luanda: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a RDA for mint
Mint in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Luanda the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in Angola are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint RDA really costs in Luanda
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz3.32 per 10 ml.
How we tested mint in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Angola, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Angola.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mint goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Angola stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays. Shipping of nicotine to Angola runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
