Coil life, liquid cost and the mint habit
Mint pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at mint in Angola, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: mint in Luanda works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint pod kit really costs in Luanda
Mint pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mint in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Angola.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Kz53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Kz1.6 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mint in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Angola sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Angola allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
How long does mint in a pod kit last?
In Luanda we measured 3 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz1.6 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
