Melon starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the online shortlist
Melon in Luanda: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the melon habit
A melon starter kit from the online options in Angola costs about Kz3.34 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon starter kit really costs in Luanda
We run melon the same way in Luanda: same starter kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested melon in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Angola.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Angola need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Luanda: about Kz3.34 per 10 ml liquid plus Kz30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
