Licorice vape pen IQOS in Luanda: the review shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Coil life, liquid cost and the licorice habit
We run licorice the same way in Luanda: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Licorice vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice vape pen really costs in Luanda
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz1.62 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 8–15 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Angola, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Angola accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Angola applies customs scrutiny on vaping imports; budget for delays.
Packaging for licorice in Angola must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
