Licorice starter kit IQOS in Luanda: the deals shortlist
Licorice in Luanda: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Angola.
Choosing a starter kit for licorice
A licorice starter kit from the discounted options in Angola costs about Kz2.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Luanda that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Kz2.11 per 10 ml.
The short version: licorice in Luanda works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice starter kit really costs in Luanda
A licorice starter kit from the discounted options in Angola costs about Kz2.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Angola, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 8–15 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Luanda survives.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
